I’m not going to say I know a lot about Lana Del Rey and that whole mess, but whenever anyone pulls out the “but she doesn’t DESERVE this level of success!” argument, it’s imperative that you know I imagine a five-year-old whining about how it’s just NOT FAAAIIRRR that Brittany’s mom lets her have two cookies instead of just one. Not possessing talent is morally neutral. The ability to get attention is morally neutral. An inverse relationship between your hype and your actual talent is morally neutral. Turn six already, Internet.
